RecommendedI recently had an issue with my dog, Ally’s eyes. Last weekend she started with puffy eyes and on Monday, I called to make an appointment with Dr. Turkell. While they were quite booked, they fit us in. I pulled up to their curbside service and called them that we were here. They immediately came out to pick her up. We had a scare with our diabetic dog, BELLA. We called Calusa and were told to come right over. Upon arrival our nurse, LORI came out and explained what they were going to do in a professional and very compassionate manner. Dr. HOLST was the physician who evaluated BELLA and did what was necessary allowing us to take BELLA home. We are grateful to the DR. and LORI's genuine concern put us at ease. Superior knowledge of animal medicine and diagnostics, and good facility..boarding can be traumatic, but if you book a "suite" its ok for your dog..

The hardest thing to do is agree when the Vet tells you the kindest choice is to help your baby go to sleep and wake up in Kitty Heaven. Last nite, Dr. Aileen Martinez, nurse Paula Miller, and receptionist Rose supported me and my 16 year old baby girl Tango through 4 hours of transition, from oxygen to sedation, allowing me the time to say good-bye, grieve, and somehow come to peace with the idea that it was time.
