Superior knowledge of animal medicine and diagnostics, and good facility..boarding can be traumatic, but if you book a "suite" its ok for your dog..

The hardest thing to do is agree when the Vet tells you the kindest choice is to help your baby go to sleep and wake up in Kitty Heaven. Last nite, Dr. Aileen Martinez, nurse Paula Miller, and receptionist Rose supported me and my 16 year old baby girl Tango through 4 hours of transition, from oxygen to sedation, allowing me the time to say good-bye, grieve, and somehow come to peace with the idea that it was time. My pup Divina was not doing well at all and I had to bring her in.. big THANKS to the amazing, honest, compassionate Dr Meyer (Karma Rachel), sweet and patient vet tech Laura, and of course, Rose Madeline, front desk/kind first contact. These special ladies at Calusa Veterinary Center made an unbelievably horrible situation not so so terrible! 💖 Rest in peace, little bug, til we see you again! 🐶🥺😢
I am so grateful to Calusa for saving my pup. He had a terrible fall and was brought on while my family and I were away. He was with a trusted friend. They took great care of him and were wonderful when dealing with us in our state of panic.
8/11/19: They saved my baby! Need I say more? The staff is thorough & knowledgable, kind & caring. 8/17/19: 7 days later my little girl was back in the ER. She didn’t make it home again. But the staff at Calusa did everything they could for Nala & I. Only 1 complaint, no one ever called to tell me she was getting worse, not better. I didn’t find out until I called them thinking I could pick her up after she had been there 13 hrs.
