Get directionsLovely, courteous front desk and check out. We love it at Calusa and adore Dr. Sinclair!!!
Dr. Turkell, Erin and the rest of the team at Calusa are awesome! They do all our PennHIP work for us at Costa Bel Cane Corso and our dogs love them! Thank you for taking such great care of Mira today for her PennHIP xrays.
I took my miniature poodle there after he had a seizure and the estimate for an overnight stay was over $1200. They did nothing for him. I later ran into an ex-Calusa vet tech and he told me the place was a rip-off.

Doctors dont return calls. Have now been waiting 5 days for Dr. Krawitz to return a call regarding my cat who was diagnosed with cancer and was seen by him. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

worst vet I've ever dealt with. DO NOT BRING YOUR AMINALS HERE. they could really care less about the way your pet is feeling. No care for the animals and the customer service is even worse. Don't forget they will charge you for all kinds of things that weren't done and lie right to your face when confronted.
Business response:

The essence of our values and who we are all start with patient-centric compassionate care and best-in-class service, so receiving a review like this genuinely crushes us. Casey, if you’re open to talking again, please call/email us at 833-888-0354 or feedback@VeterinaryCaresandConcerns.com. We hope to hear from you soon and, more importantly, that your sweet pup is well.

Our dog was supposed to be cremated and returned to us instead they sent him off to be cremated with other pets and we never will get our beloved dog back. Absolutely disgusted with the way it was handled after they learned of the mistake. The woman in the front office lied and said that we didn’t ask for a private cremation even though we did! She should be fired immediately
I was thoroughly disappointed with their service. I took my 2 year old shtitzu there because he had an accident that caused his eye to pop out. Upon arrival they procrastinated and had him waiting and waiting. With an injury like this time is critical. Needless to say he had to have the eye removed. Two hour a into the visit it still no pain medication. Before doing anything they approached me with a 3600 dollar bill... and he would still lose the eye. I told them No way. As I went to walk out they handed me a 200 dollar bil... read more
