RecommendedBrook Falls was wonderful with my birds. I wasn't sure what a vet appointment with three birds was going to be like, but they put me at ease within minutes. The vet and tech were so amazing with them. I highly recommend for exotic pets!

Brook Falls was able to get me in immediately when I was having an emergency with one of my rabbits. Dr Kase was extremely nice and understanding. I would recommend Brook Falls for anyone with exotic pets, everyone there is very knowledgeable and compassionate!

I liked the fact that the reception area is larger, the seats are comfortable, and most of all I liked the quiet way everyone out front went about their business. Everyone was friendly, polite and caring.

The vets at Brook Falls have been life savers. I have taken at least 6 different dogs to this clinic and have always left with amazing, professional care, coupled with many ideas to try with my animals at home. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate me and I am truly grateful for their kindness.

They know bunnies. After local vet decided didn’t need my business, I needed to find another. What a discovery! I wasn’t an afterthought at Brook-Falls. They took bunny’s history online. Made me feel welcome when I arrived. Recommended an affordable vaccination as protection against likely outdoor disease threat, cleared the obstructed eye duct which had prompted my visit, but otherwise met pre-exam cost quote. Even emailed a pointer to a selection of affordable indoor/outdoor exercise pens. I’m set!

Highly recommend for anyone with reptiles! Their staff is actually knowledgeable when it comes to exotic species & are fantastic to work with. I’m an AFT & Leopard Gecko Breeder, so it’s definitely nice to have Vets that know what you are talking about, know exactly what to check for & not to mention HOW TO, without stressing the animal! My girl Sapphire for reference, had a clean bill of health 🙌

Dr Alice and the rest of the staff have been absolutely wonderful in taking care of our pet roosters health needs, ever since he was a babe. We highly recommend the aviary/exotic bird staff. We will be transferring the rest of our animals there for care as well.
So far we’ve have had our hedgehog (Jughead) and one of our sugar gliders (Rook) in to see the doctors and we could not be happier. The entire staff is fantastic and professional. Driving from Mukwonago is completely worth it! The sweet post-surgery note they gave us with our little guys photo on it was such a cute touch!
