RecommendedBrook Falls took wonderful care of our Goffin's cockatoo, Sheldon. He was the same happy, bouncy boy we left and it is clear he was well cared for. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and there is a knowledgeable vet team right next door for peace of mind. Thank you for taking care of Sheldon like he was your own pet and family member. Our pups absolutely love doggy day care at Brookfalls! They go three times a week! They treat the dogs awesome and love them as their own! All the staff are super friendly! The enrichment training is genius and has helped our dogs become better pups! Totally recommend Brook-Falls!
Our English Springer Spaniel Bailey started with daycare at Brook-Falls on day one. Holly and her staff are excellent! I would not take Bailey anywhere else for daycare and boarding. She absolutely loves going there and can’t wait to get out of the car to join the fun.
Highly recommend Brook-Falls Doggy Day Care! My pup, Josie, has the best time here. The staff is amazing. Very caring and attentive. They even send me photos and share what Josie worked on during the enrichment sessions! I always know Josie is in good hands at Brook-Falls.
Their services are fantastic, their customer service even better! Our Patches, high maintenance little guy, would have stayed there over spring break while our family was in Florida but unfortunately we had to cancel due to the Covid-19 crisis. While others tried to take advantage of the situation with ridiculous cancellation fees, they were understanding and did not take advantage of the situation by refunding us. Looking forward to many more days at doggy daycare.
Willow has been coming since day 1. She loves her new daycare. She is learning so much, group sit, sit, down, wait at the door, come and so much more. She has group play with not only other dogs but with the staff, brain exercises and so much more. She and I have never been happier. She is loved by all. I like that the clinic is right there should anything go wrong. I would recommend Brook-Falls Pet Resort and Doggy Day Care. They are top notch.
We boarded our ferret here in Feb 2020 . They took amazing care of him! We are so pleased to have a place to take him where we know he is loved and safe!!
