Very caring facility
There were a few things that made my dogs stay disappointing. First off, when we previewed the facility the staff in the back said they didn’t walk the dogs they just turned them loose in the play area and they could do their business there. But the website says they walk them so we confirmed and the front desk staff said our dog would get walked. Dr Ensign, Dr Hill, and all of your support staff were wonderful in taking care of Pocillo, our 6 year old kitty when we brought him in because he hadn’t been eating for a few days. Not only did you do a thorough work up, keeping us appraised of how he was doing throughout, but you called twice to see how he was after we brought him home - a professional consideration almost unheard of these days! Best place in Las Vegas. I have been coming here for years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pet care. I have an 18 year old tabby cat and I treat him like a king. Get your animals the best care with the best doctors and most caring team around.
