This place is filthy, the staff is very rude and they charge you far more than any other veterinary hospital does for the exact same services. I would not recommend them there are many other veterinarians in the area that you could go see.
I'm so concerned that this place is treating animals. They have no idea what they are doing. They misdiagnosed my dog. They cancel my appointments often. They are hard to get in contact with. Giving one star is too generous.
Just left ... Stay cat with the normal eye infection. I pulled up and was scared to enter. The smell and the condition of the place was wrong. Think positive.... This place is just here to help the animals and struggling families who love their pets and not about the money. No invoice first... Which I agree with. I would not recommend. Let me start out by saying the parking lot is not the best nor is the waiting room. I had an appointment for my dog at 3.30pm. I was not seen until after 4.30pm. I was irritated a little bit until I realized the vet was in the back operating trying to save an animal with needed surgery. I am quite happy with the veterinarian Shane. do not come here if you love your pet, I had them preform an ear crop for my Great Dane and this guy completely mutilated my dogs ears and then when the sutures came out they blamed me. Emily said that we might need an e-collar. The way she said it made it sound like yeah it's no big deal you might or might not no worries wrong big worries you absolutely need an e-collar immediately after surgery you think they would have them on tap for these procedures but no. BEWARE: COINS OVER CUSTOMER SERVICE While being waited on, I witnessed Shayne Ballou, the doctor on site, yell at his staff about being on "his time" during lunch while the clerk was assisting me with my transaction. I realized that he wasn't as upset with the fact that she was still working at lunch, as he was about having to pay her during lunch time. ighly suggest Shannon for any and all grooming needs!! Super professional, friendly and the interior of the office was so cute. My dog wasn't scared out of his mind like he usually is after leaving a petco or other local groomers. Very affordable and MUCH faster than petco. Usually they take 4+ hrs and Shannon got us in early and was done within 2hrs. Shannon asked and took note of what I wanted/needed cut wise and he loves his little bandana he left with we are excited to come back for our next appointment!
I Want to rate this place zero stars Dr Ballou beg me to let me puppy stay for overnight boarding. the next day he comes up missing mind you he is a beautiful toy poodle and from the comments he made about "trading dogs" makes me believe he tried to steal my dog until we got the police involved he my dog ended up being found a few minutes away from the vet after the police report was made!! DO NOT BRING PETS HERE
