Great vets. Great techs. Emphasis kindness and the animals' feelings. We gave up our previous vet and we were worried about the switch but we're very happy here.

We live across the street from the Birmingham Animal Hospital & Resort. It just opened up. We can literally walk our dog there. My dog, a 6-year-old French Bulldog is reactive. That means it is very hard to deal with at a Vet office. The owner met me one day and said, "Bring Otis in during your walk. We will give him treats and he can get familiar with our place. Dropped off two fully vaccinated and healthy small dogs for a 6 night stay. I was at the emergency vet with two very sick dogs less than 24 hours after pick up. Both dogs had a vaccine resistant kennel cough and had not been treated for it, one dog had pneumonia. I chose this place because it had a veterinary clinic attached and was assured my pets would be seen if needed. This definitely was not the case.
