I love Dr. Herb and Dr. Erin, but the customer service from the office staff is the absolute worst! I have spoken on multiple occasions with women in this office that are extremely rude and disrespectful.

Very sorry to have to leave a poor review as I feel Dr Herb is an excellent vet but the consistent lack of communication or follow up leaves me no choice than to seek out another vet for my two girls. While I'm not going to go into great detail, the communication issue has been fairly consistent. Calls to them go unanswered. A new vet sent them a request for my pets records last week and they still have not responded. Tired of dealing with this.

I was seeking a large animal vet to replace my last large animals vet when they sold out to a large vet service. I called Atlantic Vet based on a referral. Wow....why would anyone take this kind of over prideful attitude from a vet? I tried for over a month to get an appointment, I had to push the snotty ambiguous vague receptionist that displayed an air of hubris beyond the norm when speaking to me. Really down-to-earth vets who go out of their way to save you money while providing great care. They specialize in large animals and are often in the field caring for horses, so be willing to work with the office staff on appointments.
