Dr. Q and her amazing staff got my dog Kozmo in with no notice when we were returning from a camping trip where he tore a deep gash in is right leg. The courtesy to work him in late in the afternoon, provide such amazing care, clean him up and staple the wound got us all home safe and sound! Dr Q. also set us up with a cone-of-shame, antibiotics, probiotics, and pain relievers. Kozmo is doing GREAT, he's getting used to the cone and the wound is healing BEAUTIFULLY. Thank you Aspen Park Vet Hospital for caring for animals an... read more
My dog had uneven pupils- we could see this looking at him. This clinic charged me FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to verify what I could see myself, that yes his pupils are uneven and to take a blood draw and give us a phone number to a specialist. They then emailed his blood results and never called us. I had to call them twice to get them to go over the blood results with me since I am not trained in dog lab work. Someone who was not the vet finally called back and told me his white blood count was low but not concerning and to ta... read more
Dr Q and staff failed to diagnose our cat's lymphoma for months until we went elsewhere for a second opinion. If you suspect your feline has a life-threatening condition, don't come here. No one explained to us that they take a "holistic approach" which in hindsight meant that they would avoid traditional/mainstream methods of diagnosis. When Dr Q's initial treatment failed to show any change in our cat, she offered to pe... read more
Where do I start with this gem of a practice?Dr.Questen and her fabulous team are the best! Our axolotl Kirby needed to get her little leg taken off and we called our vet and they did not have any availability so they referred us to a couple of places, but Aspen Park was by far the most caring, and most accommodating by far. They were able to get us in next day by 9:30 am. We even arrived late and they were still kind enough to still see my little girl. Dr.Q was able to help Kirby and did such a wonderfull job. After care i... read more
The worst vet I’ve ever been to. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! The staff is very friendly however not only did they manage to miss my cats TWO BROKEN HIPS, they then proceed to say they CAN do services such as getting all the paperwork for an international move! I should’ve known better than to believe this after the past experience with his hips but apparently they can’t fill out documents as well! Claims are made that they still can’t see the fractures in the X-ray but other vets will say right here and right now tha... read more
