This is THE BEST Vet in all of Austin. The compassion of every member of their team is unmatched. The vet is just the most sweetest caring woman. They go above and beyond. When I was sobbing in their clinic because I thought my Dog was on deaths door, they brought me coffee and cookies and tissues. This review is over due for 2 years and we are not sure if there are still the same vet and team here. We like to leave the review from our great experience here anyway. In Dec 2023 near the long holidays, we bought a 2-month old kitten from a breeder. We named him "Simba" and just a day after we got him, Simba suddenly stop eating and drinking. Rosie went to ASAP vet for an eye issue ans the staff and doc took amazing care of her. She for treats and so much love ans care. She gor medicine and eye drops and is on her way to being ok. Dr. Kristin was amazing, as well as the staff. I called 5 vets before trying to get answers, and they were the most helpful/honest. My cat was bitten by a dog and needed attention. They were able to see her same day thankfully. The price was very fair, and they were able to clean her wound and give me what was needed to help her heal. It's hard to find businesses you can trust these days.

I visited asap vet Tuesday evening with my Dog Coco. I called at 5:40, and at 6:00, they were able to see her. The staff is friendly and respectful. She had lab work and X-rays done. The results were explained to me in detail and did not feel rushed. It was an over-all good experience.

my experience is this vet was amazing! but it was because there was an employee who really took care of my baby the best way she could, it felt like my baby was hers, she treated him so well and finally he recovered from his injuries, her name is Emily Faye, I can't help thanking her so many times for all what she did! we need more professionals like her

We have had the unfortunate luck visiting ASAP vet in the past two weeks for both of our dogs at different times for different reasons. Fortunately, I found out about ASAP Vet in a Google search and so glad I took them there. Every staff member is nothing but kind, patient and fur-baby care focused. I've taken my puppy here twice since we got him earlier this year. ASAP vet was recommended by our primary vet for after hours care. They are very convenient as they are open on Sundays and a little later in to the evening during the week. Unlike traditional pet hospitals, their initial examination fee is very affordable. The staff here are all very nice and they have always made time for us whenever we needed them.
