It was recommended that I take my tiny kitten to this urgent care facility and I sure am glad I did! Every single person from the front desk receptionist, vet tech and the doctors, they were all WONDERFUL. They were all so compassionate and caring and took amazing care of my little girl and her broken paw. It was a bit of a roller coaster ride to get my sweet Penny back to being fully healed but they were there every step of the way and adjusted her care plan as things changed. Staff and members were top-tier, thank you for saving my senior dog! Very nice people and very polite and they will aid you in a timely matter. They offered us water snacks for my kiddo, while patiently waiting for my dog be an examine and treated. Thank you, ladies from the bottom of my heart. Price was reasonable wasn’t breaking the bank, but emergency is an emergency.
We recently took our dog to ASAP vet after noticing a swollen paw and were worried about a possible infection. They were able to see him on very short notice. The staff was incredibly caring and did an excellent job looking after him. They made sure to answer all of our questions and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. By the time we left, the swelling due caused by a yeast infection was already starting to go down. It was a truly great experience. We couldn’t recommend this vet more highly!
I have three cats and recently had to visit ASAP Vet twice — once when my cat, Ziggy, bit a lily plant, and another time when my shy cat, Jojo, was vomiting continuously over a couple of days. In Ziggy's case, Dr. Spencer helped determine that the lily he bit wasn’t a species that’s fatal to cats. I was so relieved! If you’re looking for a pet first emergency vet clinic you need to check out ASAP Vet! Peter was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone before deciding to stop in with my 7yr old Beagle who is having rear leg stability issues which Doc Spencer kindly examined him and explained everything to us before his exam and after in a way that was easy to understand and we weren’t pressured into anything.
