I have three cats and recently had to visit ASAP Vet twice — once when my cat, Ziggy, bit a lily plant, and another time when my shy cat, Jojo, was vomiting continuously over a couple of days. In Ziggy's case, Dr. Spencer helped determine that the lily he bit wasn’t a species that’s fatal to cats. I was so relieved! If you’re looking for a pet first emergency vet clinic you need to check out ASAP Vet! Peter was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone before deciding to stop in with my 7yr old Beagle who is having rear leg stability issues which Doc Spencer kindly examined him and explained everything to us before his exam and after in a way that was easy to understand and we weren’t pressured into anything. I am amazed how professional and just loving this place is! They helped me out in my panic mode, helped my dog and in emergency didn’t even charge us as we had to go to other clinic due to the dog’s injury. I thank you dearly for your help and understanding! You wow’ed me!
This clinic really saved our day. Our dog was sick and we were struggling to find a place to take him on a Sunday evening. From the phone call to make an appointment to the techs (Cleo and Emily) to the doctor everyone was so kind and welcoming. They really went above and beyond 10/10 customer service. Felt the staff was cost conscious. Adorable facility and compassionate care! Would highly recommend
I brought my dog Bean in for a broken nail, and the ladies at ASAP VET were so sweet and attended to her immediately. Given the nature of the break, she had to be sedated to remove the nail. Dr. Chassie explained the procedure up front and talked me through the exact issue and treatment plan. They did an incredible job with pain management before, during, and after the procedure— which was my biggest concern.
