My little dogs love the staff and doctors. They are very caring and helpful. They are very upfront about pricing so you can prepare or make adjustments so you can afford your pet care. Now they have Saturday appointments which is great. I recently moved to the westside but plan to keep coming back to Arlington because they take such good care of my furry babies.
Dr. Deutsch is by far the best vet we have ever had! We followed him from Normandy and is well worth the drive. He truly cares for our babies and treats them like the family members they are! Staff is EXCELLENT! Wonderful place to take your pets!
We raised and neutered quite a few cats over the years but this kitten was very ill when I found it in our garage so I brought it here On an emergency basis. They did their best with tests and medicine. ($350). The Kitten died that night in my lap. They refunded the flea medicine money which was kind of them. We also knew this kitten may not make it a valiant effort was made. The staff and the Doctor even sent me a sympathy card. I recommend this as a local Arlington business that could use our patronage. When it comes to taking care of your pet needs Dr.Mike and his staff are and have always been top notch! Very detailed and thorough . Always making it easy to understand the why’s and how’s of what’s going to be done. The staff has always been very nice and professional providing their service. We actually drive all the way from the west side and continue to come see them time and time again because we find the clarity and knowledge as well as the accommodations they extend. Always willing to listen to clients and spend time to suggest/explain care. My cat is always comfortable with the techs and the vet. Office staff has been easy to talk to and schedule appointments with. I love the new location!
