I don’t usually write reviews, but after our first visit to ARK Life Veterinary, I felt compelled to share this. Dr. Max Lotovsky is truly exceptional. I brought my Sphynx cat, Nyusha, to Dr. Max Lotovsky yesterday, and this visit left a much bigger impression on me than I expected. Absolutely wonderful lady at the front desk was so genuinely warm and welcoming that we immediately felt comfortable. The entire team was kind and caring, and when I became emotional during the visit, they were incredibly supportive and even managed to make me laugh. We cannot thank Kings Bay Veterinary Group enough. Especially Dr. Max and the entire veterinary team, and everyone in the office. First, they completely took away our fear and anxiety about getting dental cleanings for our dogs. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was so kind, patient, and reassuring. Dr. Max is very understanding and always keeps me updated on the wellbeing of my cat. He provided clear information and thoughtful treatment without ever suggesting anything unnecessary, always focusing on what was best for my cat. My cat was sick for four months, and throughout that time, Dr. Max showed great knowledge, honesty, and care, ultimately helping resolve the issue. He also helped lower the costs and referred us to an internal medicine specialist for further care. I am very thankful for his support.

Based upon the experience with my lovely Boston Terrier, I think this place is awesome. 1) The doctors are awesome & especially the leading or the owner of business. They explain the process which could be necessary, advise without inducing into spending money, and let you "sleep on it" before you decide. 2) The people who work there (I intentionally do not call them staff; I dislike this word) are very good.
