I was first referred to Ancare in 2000 when one of my dogs had cancer. I have never considered going anyplace else. In the last 17 years, they have always been patient and kind when I was worried about one of my pets or when one eventually passed away. Dr. Dullard has helped my pets through illness and health issues that many vets would have given up on.. I have recommended Ancare to family and friends many, many times.

They do a amazing job when pet has to be put down. But I am not happy as I now look back at how my pet had to suffer being sick and they didnt know what was wrong with him. They said reason for the puking was because he must had allergies to the food. Well hes no longer here because they found a lump in his stomach yrs later and he was dying. It was too late to do anything. Way too late to even know what it was...most likely im guessing it was cancer. I had to buy very expensive food every 2 to 3 months about $75 a bag. Come... read more

Horrible wait times!!! Came for a heart-worm test and waited in the lobby for 58 mins before going back, and then another 45 min wait on the Vet. They also don't carry most hear worm treatment. Such a disappointing experience.

1 star is being generous Extremely rude staff over priced It's all about the money not quality care for your pets. They quote you one price give you another price that is more money don't tell you what the charges are until you get receipt. Office manager has absolutely no customer service. After several messages for Dr. Dullard to call back two and a half days later no call back. Lack of ownership on there mistakes
