Our cat had a surgery complication and infection in her mouth that spread very quickly. We were able to call, drive there, and get examined within 30 minutes. They handled everything so well and talked us through all the payments, care plans, and medications so we were able to understand. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares for the animals. We are so grateful!

From all stories you hear about ER pet visits, I was expecting a very long wait. To my surprise, Allied took our baby back. Within 10 to 15 minutes we were with the doctor. Although, our circumstances were grime, they were professional, compassionate, and cared for our pup with the deepest of empathy. Thank you for a wonderful experience on one of worst days.

End up in the ER with our cat last night. We saw Dr. Robyn. Dr. Robyn took her time and carefully listened to us. She took time looking at our Mavis. She helped us get care on our budget, which was so needed. We just got this cat a week ago and unfortunately, she ended up very sick due to her spay getting infected and then developing a upper respiratory infection at the petstore. My special little bud became very sick and had degraded to the point of having to make a very tough decision. My cat has been at this hospital a full day and will be coming home tomorrow if all continues going as it is. This facility calmly and caringly walked with me through the weekend. They told me what I needed to do before coming in clearly, and also what to expect when I arrive, which helped calm my nerves. They care for pets by priority but do not let yours go unattended.
