I Had brought my cat to this "vet" a couple years ago, because she had discharge coming from her eye. He brushed it off and gave us eye drops. a few weeks later i took her back and It had developed to a small lump in her eye lid. He basically brushed it off again and took my cat to freeze the growth off with out doing any diagnostics. I feared it was cancer of some sort. Well, it came back in about 2 weeks and it was worse. Dr Sam has been our vet for the past 8yrs. We switched to him bc he gives great care to our dog Sandy, is reasonably priced, and takes the time to discuss his treatment plan. Also, if I decide to hold off a shot til the next visit because I don't want to "over vaccinate" he's ok with it w/o guilting. Our first vet was completely opposite. Thank you Dr Sam and staff!

Terrible staff and I honestly did not feel safe leaving my cat there.. I take my cat to Somerset veterinary group now(AMAZING) .. when I needed records sent over from all pets vet to my new vet they took forever and didn't even want to release them. Do not recommend

Rude staff, especially the front desk lady. Not only it takes a long time to process a payment but she also has an awful attitude. Awful.

Thank you Dr Sam and staff. My cat trunks needed to get exploratory surgery and everywhere I went they kept asking for ridiculous money to save his life or no surgeons were available. He not only help me some money but saved my cats life. Also the staff is one of the best I've been around. Unfortunately between my cat and my dog I've been to a lot of vets and by far the most friendliest and caring staff I had the pleasure of meeting. Soooo upset with both the staff and Dr's.. Was given a quoted fee for surgery on my Labradoodle. Cost was double what was quoted. And charged additional $250.. for removing the sutures that they put in with the surgery. Better bring your checkbook, cash, credit cards, your going to need them all. And to top it off, as I was tending to her surgery wound. I found (8) more staples that they failed to remove. But I was charged for it.. Always into your bank account.. Beware..

I am so incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Sam and his wonderful staff. On a Sunday afternoon in April, my fiancé and I picked up our dog Frankie from a boarding facility after a week long vacation. When we saw Frankie she was really lethargic, and swollen, I called my sister (she works with dogs) and she suggested I go to All Pets. Im finally ready to write my review... i rate it 1 star because 1 i cant pick 0 and 2 the staff was very nice but dr.sam is not. This man was rude. On my consultation for my puppy's spaying he said things to me like "do you want your dog to bleed out" or "do you want your dog to be in pain" i feel as though he doesnt know how to speak to people yet somehow i left my puppy there to get her surgery after 3 days or so we had to go back because this bulge was sticking out from her belly. Our family has been going to All Pets for almost 20 years. Dr. Sam genuinely cares for our pets. He saved our cat who needed perineal urethrostomy surgery and he saved our Dachshund Yorkie who has congestive heart failure. The entire staff at all pets is extremely friendly, from the receptionists to the veterinarian technicians. We have been to many other vets in the past, but Dr. Sam will give you his honest assessment and treat your pet as if it was part of his own family.
