I asked for all of my cat's teeth to be removed due to rot and decay. They did not pull all of the teeth and she never got better. Puss and infection continued to stream out of her mouth, almost nonstop. I took her back and they refused to even give me a discount on a second surgery. We went just wanting a rabies vaccine for our Mini Sheltie for $17. Walked out paying damn near $80! When asked if we wanted the annual exam or just the vaccine we stated just the vaccine! She heard us & said okay. Then when we get the bill it was over 75 dollars. We are very upset that they didn’t tell us about the exam was quote needed! When we got home I was reading the paper in her “teeth” it stated on the back that we could have just got the RABIES vaccine for our dog.
We had a bizarre experience. The following is our true experience at Advanced Animal Clinic in Richmond, KY. It is owned by Jim and/or John Martin. The people we encountered are: Bridgett Maynard, a vet technician; Dr. Cynthia Clark Boynton, the veterinarian who examined Lewis; Jamie House, the office manager; and Dr. Allison Conner, a veterinarian who consulted on the case. Rude doctor, staff and doctor laughing and making jokes while my mom was making the hard choice to put down a pet. It might be every day you put a animal to sleep but it is not for her. Made us wait all day to bring him in and watch him suffer all day long. I wish they would bring Dr Hancock back and her husband they cared about pets and were nice to pet parents. We lost a family member and it was the hardest thing to do. They didn’t have to make it worse with the laughter and being so horrible.
last time I took Lady Balue they hurt her when clipping her nails and the front desk women was quite rude i am now debating whare to take her for he shots I loved them at first must be some changes their now Bummer...
