We have been using this office for over four years and we will never go anywhere else (other than the Richmond office during after hours emergencies). They are so kind, gentle, and patient with our animals. When my cat was diagnosed with cancer back in the summer, Dr. Hancock knew that my dad was also fighting terminal cancer at the time. She called us from her personal cell phone with the bad news about our kitty and told us to call her on that number should we have any questions about his care. Our kitty Gus had big dental issues, he has a heart murmur, and he has developed serious digestive problems in the past year. Advanced Animal Care Berea took care of his dental issues, and a daily regimen of prescription food, heart meds, and steroids has him feeling more like a regular kitty. He's now at more than 7 pounds! Thank you to AAC!

Both Dr. Hancock and Dr. Simmons were extremely kind and patient with our two dogs. We love our pups like children but they have some challenging issues. One is very fearful and anxious. The other is very protective and aggressive. They were so professional and understanding and provided exceptional care. They have earned our respect and business. HIGHLY recommend!

I have never met more compassionate and skilled veterinarians. Dr. Simmons and Dr. Hancock are amazing. They truly care about my animals and is. They also are considerate of the financial burden that comes with providing health care to animals and they have never taken advantage of that. I highly recommend this practice, the staff and doctors are exceptional.
After 20 long years in the family, i finally had to put down Rosie, a toy cup puddle who grew up with me. I'm so grateful to this place with the beautiful way they handled Rosie, and myself, as i was a wreck at the time.
