Very clean...friendly...caring and knowledgeable staff! The vet got right down in the floor with my Roxy and loved on her and checked her over instead of making her get up on the table. We will definitely be going back!
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Services comparable to most vet clinics, however the staff and level of care that’s offered will always keep me coming back.
They are super helpful and did a great job taking care of sweek when i had him nutured today . I appricated them so much updating me on his condition threw text messages, because if me working . i have used this clinic several times over the years when i couldnt get in with my regular vetanarian . They are always great with my animals ❤️
I have been taking my fur babies to AAC Berea (or another clinic ran by the same owner before the Berea clinic opened up) for the last 11 years. We have been going to the Berea location for a little over a year now. The staff and service is absolutely amazing. They have always provided the best care for all of my fur babies. I lost my fur baby of 11 years about a week ago and I received a beautiful remembrance card in the mail today from the staff.
