We're Here Whenever You Need Us! At Advanced Animal Care we strive to be a place that doesn’t turn anyone away and that our staff look forward to coming to work. We opened in December of 2008 as the area's first 24 hour animal hospital. AAC is family owned and we plan to stay that way. We have a lot of the benefits that a corporate practice would have and yet maintain the feel of a local organization.

I met the folks at the Richmond Clinic yesterday and could not be more pleased! Every single person I talked with was friendly, professional, compassionate, and clearly wanted to help. I also think it is wonderful that they are open 24 hours a day - a fabulous service in our area! Thank you so much, Advanced Animal Care!

They took such good care of our boy who came in with Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. Around a 2 day stay in the hospital: the price was not bad, especially for the care we received. All of the staff are super friendly. Aftercare was written down to make it easily understandable. They are happy to answer any questions. We are very grateful to them for saving our boy!

My husband and I were having issues with our 13 year old black lab. So we called advanced animal care, they told me to bring her in. The decision to put an animal to sleep is never easy, it was our first, and the staff was very accommodating and so amazing. They made a very rough and hard process somewhat easier. Advanced Animal Care is a top notch facility and by far the best place around to trust with the care of your fur babies. It is truly disheartening to see some of the reviews state that they only care about the money and not about the patients because that is not the case AT ALL. I recently had to make the decision to have my five year old hedgehog euthanized and Dr. Crabtree went above and beyond for me in that difficult situation. Dr. Crabtree has went above and beyond with one of my personal pets and even more so with a cat named Greg I am now fostering. She saved Greg’s life from euthanasia and donated immensely to his care. She has a heart of gold and Greg and myself are thankful to know her.
