We're Here Whenever You Need Us! At Advanced Animal Care we strive to be a place that doesn’t turn anyone away and that our staff look forward to coming to work. We opened in December of 2008 as the area's first 24 hour animal hospital. AAC is family owned and we plan to stay that way. We have a lot of the benefits that a corporate practice would have and yet maintain the feel of a local organization.

RecommendedThis place has been a God send. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby, Thumper. I have decided we will make the drive to Richmond from Frankfort even for routine visits. You will be my vet from here on out. Again, thank you so much for everything!
This place has an amazing staff. Dr Connor and litterly every single person I have come in contact with have been phenomenal. You can truly tell the staff here care about your pets! ❤️ On top of the compassionate care they give the fur babies, communicating well with the owner, and having a great system that promotes a very Covid-safe environment.... their prices are some of the best around too!I don’t think you can make a better choice than here for your pets!
After having made the decision to put my fur baby to sleep. The staff and Vet were very supportive and kind as I cried my eyes out over loosing my fur baby of 14 years. R.I.P. my Little Sunset.
We love Advanced Animal care. They have been so amazing to our dogs especially Natasha. They were there for us especially when we had to put our beloved dog down.

These people are so friendly, patient, kind, and when explaining information they are very thorough! When it came to my kitten Milo's needs they were on top of it! I highly recommend!

Kind, caring , and knowledgeable staff that are there 24hrs a day / 7 days a week . So grateful we have this Hospital in Richmond . My daughter had an emergency on Thanksgiving Day with one of her pets and we were so lucky she could be seen . Highly recommend !

Fast friendly compassionate care. I had to find a vet in a hurry my usual vet would not see my Pup bc of being overbooked. a phone call later I was heading north with an appointment an hour and a half away. I knew what the outcome was going to be and tried to prepare myself. From the first phone call letting them know I was there until my pups last breath the staff was so compassionate.
