I had a great experience at 5-Points Animal Hospital. Every person I came into contact with was so kind and helpful. They made sure to answer every question I had very informativly but were not pushy in regards to certain treatment paths. I also greatly appreciated how the costs of everything was shared in advance so that I wasn't blindsided at the end of the visit. This was a great first experience with the care team and I will definitely be returning!
We are very particular about care for our dogs and have total trust in 5-Points. It is a true partnership between staff, pet, and owner and we cannot say enough about how amazing the staff are. We usually see Dr. Julia and Megan and love them, but all are outstanding. They accommodate our entry/exit to minimize stress on our dog, are clear about chronic condition care options, refer when appropriate and truly love our dogs, and are very responsive to calls. Costs are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
We couldn’t be happier with the care our five dogs receive at this clinic. Finding a veterinary team we truly trust is not easy, but from our very first visit, we knew this place was something special. Dr Kevin and Staff are amazing. Especially Dr Kevin and one of his assistants (a women with an arm tattoo) we are just crazy for her and him. Dr Kevin, no matter how busy always gives your Pet the time and attention they deserve, makes you feel like Family and doesn’t suggest things like Teeth Cleaning unless it’s absolutely necessary—which I appreciate. My Dogs love him and the staff is so good. We have found our forever Vet home !
