I had a great experience at 5-Points Animal Hospital. Every person I came into contact with was so kind and helpful. They made sure to answer every question I had very informativly but were not pushy in regards to certain treatment paths. I also greatly appreciated how the costs of everything was shared in advance so that I wasn't blindsided at the end of the visit. This was a great first experience with the care team and I will definitely be returning!

Saying goodbye to our beloved Chance was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do, but Dr. Kevin, Christina, and the entire team at 5-Points Animal Hospital made such a heartbreaking day as peaceful and comforting as it could possibly be. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and compassion shown by the entire team at the this office. They were kind, caring, and attentive from the moment we walked in. We especially appreciate that they were able to see our animal the very same day when our regular veterinarian was unavailable. We’ve been bringing our boxer-lab mix to 5 Points Animal Hospital for a while now, and they’ve been wonderful every single time. Our pup struggles with seasonal allergies and recurring ear infections, and the team here always finds effective treatment plans that bring real relief. We were in again today, and she’s already feeling so much better—back to enjoying her walks & naps without any discomfort. Everyone is kind, thorough, and truly cares about helping pets feel their best. Couldn’t ask for a more trusted vet team!
