It's very unfortunate that I have to leave this bad review. I wanted to believe they would want the best for my second fur baby the way they treated my first 3 years ago. To my dismay, they talked me into becoming a "pet member" to include his shots, 3 free bags of food, visits only at 10 dollars, nail trimmings, and last the micro chip. At the time it sounds great, only 55 a month (having a frenchie I knew the first year could be interesting and I wanted to be prepared). We are now taking our dog elsewhere. It was too expensive. The same procedures at our new vet are less. We like the hours, open 7 days, 7 am-10 pm. Their boarding and play w/ other dogs is a plus.
